“Rooms, simple but comfortable with some nice little touches. Service, very good, giluided to the room and parking, even though we arrived late. Location, easy access from A20. For us it was perfect, but we were going to a venue just up the road the next day.”
“As a very picky eater I was extremely surprised by the food here, everything was SO delicious, even the breakfast which I don't usually eat breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant dining had a lot of natural light and very elegant decor.”
“The most unique and bespoke hotel in the entire UK. This place is amazing. I have stayed here multiple times and the service and location are perfect for a break away from life. The food is exceptional with enough choice and variety on the menu. If you want to stop by for a quick drink and a meal, or stay for a week this place has got you covered. The staff and management team are also second to none. From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The welcome was warm, genuine, and made me feel valued straight away. The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from the quality of the bedding to the peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to completely relax. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay—professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made the experience feel truly personal and memorable. The facilities were outstanding, and the overall environment had a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Whether you’re staying for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on every level. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience. I’ll absolutely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and first-class service.”
“Recently went to this stunning pub decked out in plush velvet walls, leather-trimmed doors, and just the right amount of sparkle. They were hosting an incredible mystical event featuring tarot, mediums, and astrology readings. Surrounded by great ambiance and even better company, it made for an unforgettable night."”
“This is an updated review. Last time I gave it four stars only because some of the furniture was a bit worn but this seems to have been sorted out now. We love this hotel and it 100% deserves five stars. We had live music on the Sunday afternoon going on well into the evening - it descended into a bit of karaoke at the end but this was ok as everyone was having a great time and the singer had finished his excellent set. Room was great - we stayed in the LP Alexandra this time and I thought it was one of the best rooms. This was our 4th visit so you can tell that it's good as we keep going back! Food was good as usual and staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, set in some lovely country side with Maidstone a short distance away with plenty of things to do. I whole heartedly reccomend this hotel.”
